 It's Monday morning... fresh day... fresh start.
Yay! It's my first day in our college. Our college's Inauguration function for the academic year 2024 - 2025. I met my new buddies here. We had a nice speech from our chief guest S. Prince Calvin sir and an introduction of our college faculties.
It's a pleasure for me coming to college again after a long career break.
New beginning.....new transformation....new me...

 Today our faculty members conducted a bridge course. This course was very helpful for us to break our inner barriers and paved a way to come forward to the stage.
They have conducted ice breaking task. This task was a really helpful in breaking our shyness and mingle with others.

Our college organized an event to observe World Day for the Prevention of Child Abuse. Cheran Tamilarasan Sir from the District Child Protection Unit and Brindha Mam from the Social Welfare Department attended as chief guests. We participated in a mime performance highlighting the issue of child abuse and its prevention. The event also included competitions conducted by the Child Rights Club, and certificates were awarded to winners and participants. It was a meaningful day that increased our awareness about child protection and responsibilities as future educators.

As part of the celebration, we actively participated in a variety of competitions such as Speech, Essay Writing, Memory Thirukural, Vinadi-Vina, Thiruvalluvar Drawing, and the 1330 Thirukural Writing competition, which showcased our knowledge and creativity. Adding more vibrance to the occasion, a Thiruvalluvar Drawing Exhibition was also organized, where beautiful and thoughtful artworks highlighting the life and teachings of Thiruvalluvar were displayed.

   We are celebrating Pongal celebration in our college today. It was very colourful in our college , all the girls were wearing their traditional clothes and glittering in all the way. We have numerous activities and fun field games today. We had a wonderful person as a chief guest for our college celebration. She is Padmini Prakash, a transgender women, a multi talented person. It was a pleasure to have her as a chief guest. Definitely she was an inspiration to all of us.

  From today onwards, our study holidays for the second semester officially started. It marked a shift from regular classes to focused self-preparation.Study holidays provide an opportunity not only to revise but also to strengthen concepts and practice writing. I decided to make use of the time effectively by balancing reading, writing, and taking short breaks to stay refreshed. With the examinations approaching, the study holidays are truly valuable for building confidence and preparing thoroughly.

  On the first day of my school practice at Corporation Higher Secondary School, Ramanathapuram, I met the principal and my guide teacher, who gave me a warm welcome. The principal’s motivating words inspired me to give my best.    Today, our school observed Road Safety Week by taking a pledge to follow traffic rules and ensure safety on roads. After the pledge, I started a new lesson on Chemical Bonding for class 9 and explained the basic concepts with suitable examples. Later, I handled the Number System lesson for class 6B, where I taught a few introductory topics and guided students through simple exercises. Overall, the day was informative and engaging for the learners.
